Im a freshman at Spring Arbor University looking for a cheap but quality barber. My first experience there was very positive. Met this lady who's been working there for 27years and was very nice. Off the bat she wanted a photo of what i wanted, listened very throughly about how I wanted it. She took the time to get to know me and didnt rush my haircut; about a 45min haircut. We had wonderful and sweet conversations about our lives and life. After I was pretty satisfied, their prices are pretty decent, $22 for regular cut for an adult. Although, they only take cash. Which i didnt have on me. Despite just meeting me for the first time, she trusted me on going down the block to an atm and come back with the cash. Im very thankful for her patience and generosity. Although they may wanna put a cash only sign up, this old fashioned cozy barber shop was a very positive experience.
